Shipping
1. Are your containers breaking often?
No. Our Gastronom polycarbonate and polypropylene containers are designed to be unbreakable.
However, for a period of one year from the date of purchase, if a RubberPlasTech product proves defective during normal use, Rubberplastech will arrange for a replacement.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally to selected countries.
3. Are your products safe for use in the dishwasher and microwave?
Yes. Our Gastronom polycarbonate and polypropylene containers are dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
4. Do your products stain or retain odors?
All of our products are designed to resist stains and odors and our containers can be used without cross-contamination.
5. How do I initiate a return?
Contact customer support to start the return process, and we will provide you with instructions.
6. Are your products food grade?
Yes. Our Gastronom polycarbonate and polypropylene containers are made from food grade material.
7. Are your products available in stock?
Yes. We keep more than 200 pieces of each item in stock.
If any item is not available it can be delivered in 2-4 weeks.
8. What lab certificates do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, ECAS, NSF, Sabar, CE Marking, and Made in the Emirates.
9. Can your products be used in hot or cold storage?
All RubberPlasTech Gastronom polycarbonate and polypropylene containers can be used in a hot cabinet and bain-maries that heat up to 99°C and to store frozen goods as low as -40°C.
10. Are your products recyclable?
Yes. All RubberPlasTech products made from polycarbonate and polypropylene are 100% recyclable.
11. Where are you located?
We are based in Dubai, UAE and located in Dubai Investment Park, 20 minutes from the Jebel Ali Seaport, and 10 minutes from Maktoum Airport.
